Your link
Send it to a data owner. Whoever starts from it is recorded as yours.
Kept with your account, so it is never lost. Whoever opens it is remembered for 24 months, through sign-up on any device, and appears under My clients once they start. The first scout's link counts.
How your fee works
Up to 50% of ABURA's fee, on each of your first three deals.
If ABURA's fee on one of those deals is $100,000, you receive $50,000. If it is $500,000, you receive $250,000.
So bring us every data seller you know. The more companies you introduce, the sooner your first three deals close, and every deal after them still pays you a reward.
- Earned at close, released when the buyer has paid. Your fee is paid within 14 days after ABURA receives its own fee on each payment. On a lease or a subscription, each payment releases its part, for as long as the deal runs.
Your reward comes out of ABURA's fee, never from the owner, and is set out in our written scout terms.
The fine print
If you introduced both sides of a deal, you are paid one fee on it, the same as for one side, and it counts as one of your deals. If another scout introduced the other side, ABURA pays one fee on the deal, worked out as for the scout whose introduction came first, and the two of you share it equally; it counts as one of each scout's deals. A fee is shared this way only with the owner's consent: by joining, you agree to it in advance, and at close ABURA asks the owner without naming the buyer or any scout. The scout whose introduction came first has 30 days to raise any question about the share, and until then ABURA holds the fee and pays neither scout. If the owner does not consent, the whole fee goes to the scout whose introduction came first. Each scout signs their own confirmation on ABURA's signing page, and neither is told the other's name.
From the scout terms, version 0.2: a draft, for review before launch.
My clients
Buyers are never named to scouts. Owners and buyers see each other's names only in the deal they sign together. A fee is earned when a deal closes and released when the buyer's payment arrives. Each introduction stays yours for 24 months.
Deals your introductions are in
Each deal step by step to financial close, then your fee. Buyers are never named to scouts.
What buyers are asking for
Know a company that holds one of these? Send it to them.
- 1You send your link
- 2The owner answers a few questions. Free to list
- 3ABURA's maker makes a small anonymised preview set on the owner's own computer
- 4Buyers see it only once the team approves them and they sign an NDA
You never handle the data: no files, logins or screenshots. Personal data is taken out first, and the licensed copy goes straight from the owner to the buyer.
